Project Objectives

The contribution of the project is threefold as it considers flexible automation systems, novel energy carriers and the optimal routing of cables and pipes in the machinery space.

Collaboration with our industrial partners will enable us to find feasible solutions that will help future-proof sea vessels for the years to come.

The ideas are to be verified using simulations and the results will be presented through academic publications, upcoming workshops and user meetings.
